The former General Manager of the Company, Mr. Bush Hsieh, has resigned from the position of General Manager effective from June 9, 2026, due to personal career planning. His duties, authorities, and related responsibilities within the Company have also been terminated as of the same date.

Effective from the date of resignation, Mr. Bush Hsieh no longer represents the Company in conducting any relevant business. Any statements, commitments, transactions, or other actions made by him in his personal capacity thereafter are strictly his personal conduct and do not represent the standpoint of the Company.
