Chum Power was founded in Da Li, Taichung Shien, and was engaged in manufacture of precision parts.

遷廠至台中縣大里市，添增新設備及延攬多為專業技術人員。
並開發生產更精密自鎖式夾頭。
•1987
投入國防工業，成為國防部戰發中心衛星工廠及動員工廠。

興建日新廠。

Chum Power began providing high-speed automatic hollow plastic blower, and, to maintain competitive, strove to move toward diversity and versatility.
•1994
8月成功開發首部拉吹機以及第一代手緊式夾頭取得多國專利，並成功售於國內市場。
•1995
Chum Power PET stretch blow molding machines began to serve companies domestic and abroad for their business growth need. In addition, Chum Power provided its PET preform injector customers with turnkey solutions so they would be able to produce PET bottles of various mouth sizes and various shapes to satisfy the packaging and container market demand.
Chum Power brought in ISO quality assurance system, passed German TUV ISO9001 certification, in November won the "TAIWAN SYMBOL OF EXCELLENCE" from the Ministry of Economy and in December passed Europe safety regulation CE certification.
In November in the Taipei International Plastic & Rubber Industry Exhibition, Chum Power won a prize for outstanding "research and development of new products" in the hollow forming category.
•2002
Chum Power introduced Phoenix series, which incorporated innovative technology and owned over a dozen patents. A series of automatic PP stretch blow molding were also introduced, and were popular in the market.
•2003
Chum Power redefined CIS and set "energetic, innovative, creative" as the company slogan in a hope to provide its domestic and overseas customers with more thorough service and help them create more profits.
