Application: (Crystallized PET preform neck for hot filling bottle)

• The PET heat-resisting bottle is widely used for hot-filling beverages such as juice, tea, seasoning tea ...etc. Hot filling or pasteurized beverage in high temperature.

• Neck specification: 28mm - 38mm

Crystallized for heat resistant PET bottle :

• Temperature: It deals the material PET  through crystallizing device to improve its property, to assure that the bottle could be filled at high temperature of 90℃ and that the beverage could be preserved for one year at normal temperature. 

• The hot-filling process through crystallization, because the regular bottle could not be high temperature resistance.
